entrepreneurship development across India. This refund policy explains under
what conditions refunds may be granted and the process for requesting a refund
to ensure our operations remain transparent and fair to our supporters.
Refund Requests
Swarnim Bharatvarsh Foundation will consider refund requests
under the following conditions:
- Duplicate
Donation: In cases where a donor has made a donation more than once by
mistake within a short period.
- Error
in Donation Amount: If a donor makes an error in specifying the
donation amount.
- Technical
Issues: If technical problems during the transaction led to an
unintended donation.
- Fraudulent
Transactions: In the event a donation is made using a stolen or
unauthorized payment method.
Process for Requesting a Refund
- Donors
wishing to request a refund should contact Swarnim Bharatvarsh Foundation
within 14 working days from the date of the donation.
- Requests
must be submitted in writing via email to info@mysba.co.in or through our
website’s contact form at mysba.co.in, including the donor’s full name,
the amount and date of the donation, and the reason for the refund
request.
- Swarnim
Bharatvarsh Foundation will verify the refund request, which includes
checking the transaction status with our payment gateway, to ensure the
legitimacy and accuracy of the request.
Refund Decisions
- The
decision to approve a refund is at the sole discretion of Swarnim
Bharatvarsh Foundation. We will communicate our decision to the donor via
email.
- For
approved refunds, the amount will be credited back to the original method
of payment. The time frame for the refund to be processed can vary
depending on the banking institution or credit card issuer.
Security and Privacy Reminder
- Swarnim
Bharatvarsh Foundation never requests OTP (One Time Password) or any other
sensitive information for processing donations or refunds. Please be
cautious and do not share such information with anyone claiming to
represent our Foundation.
Limitations
- Refunds
cannot be granted for donations allocated to specific projects where the
funds have already been committed or spent.
Requests for refunds beyond 14 working days from the donation date will
not be entertained.
Changes to the Refund Policy
This refund policy is subject to change at the discretion of Swarnim
Bharatvarsh Foundation. Any amendments will be published on our website and,
where feasible, notified through email.
