About Me

R.S Choyal is the executive director of Choyal Innovative Grinding Solutions. He is an innovator and an inventor who has disrupted the flour milling industry. After seeing the need to make flour mills digital, his entrepreneurial spirit took hold and he decided to do this himself. He built India’s first digital flour mill, Wonder Mill from ground up, providing sophisticated machinery which is indian business friendly and changed the Indian Milling forever. This was just the beginning of what was to come.
With his practical experience of the industry he has set up 155 turnkey projects with clients like Patanjali, Prima Group which is the world's largest mill; Big Bazaar, Tesco Plc UK; Bakhresa Group and many more. He has developed food parks; world's first fully digitally controlled emery stone based 200 Tons per day flour mill plant; successfully installed fully automated 600 Tons per day soya pulse plant. He has established several food processing turnkey plants across the globe. Today the group exports to more than 25 countries.
