About Me

I Am a Management Faculty having 17 years of experience In teaching training and content writing my interest area in teaching are HRM, HRP, training and development marketing, production, business law, and ethics, I got an opportunity to work with various colleges affiliated with government universities, AICTE-approved autonomous b-school, and private university systems. and impart my knowledge to students enrolled in MBA BBA LLB programs. I am also a soft skill trainer dealing in areas like emotional intelligence leadership confidence building and various other soft skills and conducted training programs and workshops for colleges schools corporates on a regular basis to train them for a better life, with simplified & creative learning methods and activities My corporate clientele includes Rajasthan police Academy, CRPF, Central bank of India, Northern Western Railway STC centre Ajmer, Toshniwal industry, etc. I published over 30-35 articles and my papers have appeared in various academic journals I am also a blogger who use to write youth issues related to developing their career and their skills I am also a content writer and a career counselor love to write poetry in Hindi and English and a regular speaker on Akshwani Jaipur and various FM channels Always looking for challenging roles and training opportunities
